The GEN-D Trademark Infringement Bounty Hunter Program
You can get paid $250 for being a private TM and © bounty hunter for us and reporting copycats.

Gen-D will pay you $250 for sending us information that leads to someone who is copying or infringing our products, copyrights, tradenames, or logos.

We can't be everywhere and see everything to protect our marks against rip-off artists or even accidental infringement by honorable persons. Therefore, we have created an army of private police - you and everyone else in The Digital Generation to help protect its identity.

To be entitled to collect your bounty, you need to carefully complete the form below. If you don't have all of the information, go ahead and send us what you do have now, and send the rest when you have gathered it. Just be sure to use the same personal information each time so we can make sure that you get credit for all your information that you send.

There are several ways to tell who made a item. Since we are not physically located in the same place you and the violator are located, this is very necessary in order for to be able to identify the item's maker. The more information we have, the more likely we will be able to identify the offender, and thus entitle you to the bounty. · On clothes, check the care tag, and the price tag for the name. Some may have more than one because the logo and name is screened onto pre-manufactured shirts (and in this case we need both names). · On all merchandise check the bar code (the thing they scan at the check-out with all the vertical thick and thin lines) and write down all of the numbers that are under the lines. · Ask the store owner who makes the merchandise and for their phone number as you have questions about the merchandise.

Terms: · You are entitled to payment if we find that the person or company you have reported is infringing our mark. You do not have to wait for payment beyond that point. As soon as we confirm that they are, we will pay you. It may take us a long time to complete our legal action against them, but you do not have to wait. GEN-D pays you up front. · We pay the first person to notify us about an offender. · If you are not the first person the notify us about an offender, but you provide us with samples, price tags, receipts, names, or other evidence that assists us in identifying them or in our case against them, we may elect to pay you $250 as well the first reporting person. · If we find that the offender was not infringing our mark, no payment is due, but if your report was in good faith we will send you a product or product coupon to show our gratitude for your working with us in our bounty program.
